Rahul Gandhi addresses a rally in Phulpur (U.P)


Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will start the election campaign from today for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly elections with a rally at Phulpur which was the constituency of the country's first Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru. All the Congress posters are carrying Rahul Gandhi's picture and the party's slogan for the election is 'jawab hum dengein'. Rahul Gandhi will be spearheading the Congress campaign in the state for the 'Mission UP-2012'.
