Addressing Congress workers’ rally at Akbarpur in Uttar Pradesh on the last day of his second phase campaign All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said that there is only one elephant in the entire world that feeds on money and that is in Lucknow. He also asserted that UP will develop as well but for that the state needs a government of aam aadmi. Only Congress can deliver such a government. Rahul Gandhi promised that a Congress government will guide the state to the top position again.
