Congress President Sonia Gandhi addressed a public rally in Roorkee, Uttarakhand on January 17 2012 as part of her campaign for the Congress for the upcoming assembly elections. Sonia Gandhi said that the state of Uttarakhand can not be developed by changing the Chief Minister but we need a change of entire Government. Sonia Gandhi urged people to elect a Congress Government for the betterment in the state.
