Blaming the non-Congress (I) governments of Uttar Pradesh for not undertaking development in the state, Congress (I) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi during his campaign for upcoming UP Assembly has said parties like BSP and SP have neither vision nor plans for taking Uttar Pradesh forward. One party talked about Ram while the next only worked on caste politics. Yet another party worked for other caste. None of these parties worked for common man who feels cheated by these parties. Rahul Gandhi said people are fed-up with governments which divides the people in the name of caste and creed. To end corruption and misgovernance there is a need for change in government. “What we need is a government of the common man. The state cannot progress till we have a government of aam aadmi,” said Rahul Gandhi. These caste based governments have been unable to understand the complexities of governance, added Rahul Gandhi.
