Rahul Gandhi: BJP coined 'India Shining' slogan without going to the people

Without going to the people and realizing the reality how could BJP make a slogan like India Shining asked Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi. He was addressing an election rally in Ramabai Nagar as part of his election campaign in Uttar Pradesh. Rahul Gandhi said that Congress led Government at the Centre introduced policies after understanding the problems of the poor.
