Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while addressing an election rally at Rudhauli, Basti in Uttar Pradesh said that his party will have no alliance with goondas or thieves. He reiterated that he will have alliance only with the people of U.P. Rahul Gandhi also said that the 22 years of non-Congress rule in the state has ruined the state and dragged the state backward. He assured a Congress Government in U.P will bring back development and will work for the benefits of all sections of the society.
