All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is addressing a mammoth election rally at Bisalpur in Pilibhit. Rahul Gandhi commented, “The people are also responsible for the bad state of affairs in UP. In the last 22 years, you have been electing Governments which never bothered about the people”. Rahul Gandhi also talked about the loan waive-off policy of the Congress-led UPA Government at the centre for the farmers.
