Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is speaking at an an election rally in Khairagarh, Agra as part of his poll campaign in Uttar Pradesh. He held the 22 years non-Congress rule responsible for the lack of development in UP. Rahul Gandhi urged the people to support Congress and elect its candidates for the betterment of the state.
