Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi paid rich tributes to former Indira Gandhi on her 28th death anniversary. They paid floral tributes to the departed leader at Shakthi Sthal in New Delhi, the samadhi of Indira Gandhi.
