Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is attending apublic rally at Ladak. He recalled the affectionate relatiship Nehru Ji, Indira Ji and Rajiv Ji had with people of Kashmir. Rahul Gandhi also explained Congress-led UPA's initiatives to improve connectivity both by road and air in Kargil, Ladak and other regions.
