Congress to organise work shop on social media; Rahul Gandhi to attend

New Delhi: In a bid to explore the benefits of social media, Congress party is organising a workshop dedicated to the social media on August 23 and party Vice President Rahul Gandhi will address the same.

Earlier on July 22 and 23, Congress had organised a two-day media session to tone up the party's communication strategy and to institutionalise a framework for it in all states ahead of Lok Sabha elections.

There is a realization in Congress that party should counter the social media campaign being done by BJP and its campaign-in-charge Narendra Modi.
