Congress vice-resident Rahul Gandhi , second time in the gap of just one week, addressed yet another massive Congress rally in poll bound Rajasthan on Tuesday. Speaking at Krishi Upaj Mandi ground in Baran Rahul Gandhi slammed opposition for blocking several pro-poor initiatives of the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre.
