Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi said that the Congress-led UPA Government is committed for the welfare of minorities, backward classes and for the empowerment of women. She was talking at a function to lay the foundation stone for Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology at Malda in West Bengal.
