Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi addresses the public meeting during the foundation-stone-laying function of the Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute for Engineering and Technology at Malda in West Bengal. Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh also was present at the occassion.
