Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi inaugurated a Women Medical College in Haryana’s Sonepat district, Marking the occasion of International Women's day,. She dedicated the Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College for Women to the nation at Khanpur Kalan in Haryana's Sonipat district on Friday. Sonia Gandhi underlined the importance of educating women and said “It is everyone’s responsibility to provide quality education to girls. If a woman gets educated it would not only lead to educate a whole family but also educate whole society”.
