Congress President and UPA chairperson attended an election rally at Roorkee, Uttarakhand on Sunday. While speaking on the occasion she lashed out at BJP's main face Narendra Modi. "He thinks as if results have come out and he is already sitting on the throne," said Sonia Gandhi.
